Booking & Cancellation Policies

Upon booking with Jane Says Esthetics for any service, a credit card is required to reserve an appointment. In the event of a no call/no show, Jane Says Esthetics reserves the right to charge a 50% fee of the original service charge. If for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the original service charge. Your time is our number one priority and we just ask the same courtesy from you!
